This is not a bad historical soap opera but please bear in mind that this is NOT how events really played out. There are a lot of dramatizations which is fine it's a tv series. However, this is not history. It's like watching Gladiator - which is a great film - and believing that is what actually happened. Ppl tend to make these kinds of mistakes. All persons and their character portrayed here are NOT how they were in real life, just keep that in mind.

The real Isabella was happy to get pregnant because she was able to fulfill the "task" expected of her. But the Isabella in the series looks completely devastated. I wish we could see her be even a little happy.
